Our office prepares the claim package: photo evidence, damage scope, material specifications, and repair estimate in Xactimate format. We file with your carrier and track the claim through to adjuster assignment.
Adjuster Meeting
Wylie Roofing & Maintenance sends an inspector to every adjuster meeting. We make sure nothing gets overlooked and that the scope of work covers all damage, not just the most visible areas. If the estimate comes in low, we supplement.
Repair or Replace
Insurance-approved repairs done by manufacturer-certified crews. Same quality materials and installation standards as any other Wylie Roofing & Maintenance job. Your storm-restored roof gets the same warranty as a standard replacement.
